Is Sri Vaikuntha not a permanent abode?

While talking about sri radha ji, Nanna garu mentioned even vaikuntha is also not a permanent abode. Even jaya and vijay fell down because of their remains of the ignorance (if we can say so.. and assuming ignorance is the cause of every non-divine act).
Our fellow seekers are objecting to this understanding. This is here to discuss the same.
1. If vaikunth is a temporary abode, which is permanent?
2. How can the abode of sri vishnu and lakshmi be a temporary one?
